Exclusive charters

in Sorrento

Discover the Sorrento Coast by sea with Mediterraneo Charter, the hotel’s private yachting service departing directly from La Marinella Beach. From Capri to Positano, the Amalfi Coast to Ischia and beyond, each cruise reflects the same discreet hospitality that defines Hotel Mediterraneo.

Guests may choose between a traditional Sorrento gozzo or an elegant private yacht, with half-day and full-day itineraries shaped by swimming coves, coastal dining, and open-water horizons.

Set out from Sorrento and shape the day entirely around your own pace, sailing between Capri and Ischia, past cliffside villages and clear Mediterranean water. Guests may choose between the elegance of the 14-metre Princess Valeri yacht or the timeless local character of the Gozzo aMare.

With an experienced skipper onboard, each cruise is designed for ease: open sea, swimming stops, and the quiet pleasure of moving along the coast away from the road. Half-day and full-day itineraries are available, with the option of dining onboard or stopping ashore for lunch at a coastal restaurant.

For something especially memorable, an evening cruise at sunset offers the coast at its most evocative, as daylight fades into the lights of the sea.

Gozzo aMare & Princess Valeri

Guests may choose between two distinct ways of experiencing the coast, each offering comfort, safety, and a different character on the water.

Princess Valeri is specifically designed for longer cruises and open-sea ease, reaching speeds of up to 30 knots and welcoming up to 12 guests. With generous deck space and a layout well suited to families, it offers a relaxed and comfortable setting for full-day itineraries.

For a quieter, more traditional approach, the Gozzo aMare is a new 2025 Apreamare gozzo, combining classic Sorrentine craftsmanship with modern refinement. Finished in teak with elegant interiors, cabin space, and onboard facilities, it is ideal for couples or small groups of up to six guests seeking a more intimate way to explore the coastline.

Onboard Comfort

& Details

Each boat is equipped to offer a private yacht experience along the Sorrento Coast, with the ease and comfort expected of a five-star charter.

Princess Valeri is contemporary in style, designed like a floating suite which includes generous seating, teak surfaces, shaded areas for protection from sun and wind, and thoughtful amenities throughout. Guests will find an outdoor shower, onboard facilities, an easy-access boarding ladder, and a minibar, with music carried softly across the deck.

Gozzo aMare offers the same level of comfort in a more traditional Sorrentine spirit. Wide teak decks, sunbathing space at both bow and stern, a shaded cockpit with a retractable bimini, and refined interior cabin facilities make it ideal for relaxed coastal cruising, with effortless access to the sea from the swim platform.

Positano and the Amalfi Coast

The Amalfi Coast is best experienced from the sea, where hidden coves and small beaches remain untouched by the road. Cruise beneath limestone cliffs and pastel villages suspended above the water, with time to swim at anchor or pause ashore in Positano for a slow walk through its historic lanes. Each itinerary is shaped around the coast itself: Capri on the horizon, quiet stretches of shoreline, and the ease of returning by water as the light begins to fade.

Capri

Capri rises from the sea with a presence that feels instantly iconic, from its limestone cliffs and hidden grottoes to the quiet coves that can only be reached by boat. Arrive by water, pause for a swim beneath the Faraglioni, then step ashore to wander the Piazzetta or follow the island’s narrow lanes at your own pace.
