Guest service agent

Technical skill

  • Greet guests upon their arrival and accompany them throughout their experience  
  • Help guests with luggages and other requests.
  • Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure guest rooms are clean and functioning properly, always checking in with your supervisor
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and restaurants
  • Enhance hotel services and amenities for guests
  • Ensure guest satisfaction during their stay
  • Be able to handle any guest emergencies or unexpected situations.
  • Perfect knowledge of the Italian language


Human skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail. 
  • Elegant, discreet, professional, and pleasant approach with customers in every situation including calmness in managing critical issues.
  • Technological Knowledge: Be pratical with computer and hotel tools and technology  
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferable
