  • Synchronization and perfect communication with you team and with the rest of the kitchen for the coordinated preparation of dishes based on the orders
  • Management of the warehouse, working with suppliers and ensuring the correct supply of raw materials
  • Compliance with health and hygiene regulations and HACCP standards

Assistant Restaurant Manager (Vista Sky Bar)

Technical skills

  • Manage the whole restaurant reservation with software provided (email, phone and booking engine)
  • Welcome guests, assign them table and accomplish special requests. Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus
  • Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
  • Provide assistance to kitchen and wait staff as needed
  • Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software, like OpenTable  
  • Customer service attitude
  • Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
  • High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus

  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Publisher)

  • Fluent in English and Italian. A third language is preferred (Spanish, French or German);
