Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes before the appointment to draft the necessary documents that allow us to customize your Spa experience.

Minors
Children under 12 years old cannot enter SPA wet area. They can do treatments accompanied by an adult.

Setting
Our SPA is a relaxing and serenity space, in order to guarantee our guests privacy, we kindly ask you to use an appropriate tone of voice and don’t use mobile phones.

Personal Effects
LePietre Spa is not responsible for any unattended, lost or damaged effects.

Cancellation deadlines
If you need to cancel or replan the appointment give us a 4 hours notice, otherwise we have to charge a 50% tax.
Any No–Show involves a full treatment amount charge.
If you are late, the treatment will be done during the remaining time; if you are in a late more than 30 minutes you have to consider that the treatment will not done.
